Kerstin Hering

Kerstin Hering was born in Sydney, Australia. She is the founder and president of NextGen Institute, dedicated to equipping our next generation to speak up for the unborn. She is author of the book The Father’s Blessing, C.E.M., Greenville, 2018.

Kerstin met her husband, Rev. Dr. James Hering, while studying in Berlin, Germany. Together they worked as missionaries in Germany and Scotland for five years before moving to the US in 2003.

James and Kerstin reside in Hodges, SC with their six children, Daniel, Paul, Victoria, David, Hanna, and Mercy, who love finding critters and bringing them into the house. They attend Warrenton EPC, Abbeville, where James is the teaching elder.

Annie Hesselgrave is a vibrant teenager passionate about the pro-life movement. She aspires to live out 1st Timothy 4:12, and take advantage of her youth to make a difference. Her work at NextGen as a intern involves public speaking, graphics, media, and communications.
